Day 2: Sightseeing tour of Swayambhunath, Kathmandu Durbar Square, and Patan Durbar Square

As a refreshment before spending long days out of Kathmandu Valley, enjoy it with your family by discovering several cultural heritage and pilgrimage sites, which are generally significant for Buddhists and Hindus. After a hearty breakfast, get ready to savor the stunning scenery of the valleys and surrounding sights from Soyambhunath, popularly known as the Monkey Temple, located on a hilltop in the western part of the valley. Begin your day with a magical morning view from the hotel, and get ready to reach the quaint village of Ghandruk, located about 32 kilometers northwest of Pokhara. After driving for 3 to 4 hours, reach the town where enchanting surroundings with panoramas of the Himalayas, including Machhapuchhre, Annapurna, and Hiuchuli, await you. Explore unique traditions and learn more from the cultural museums. Locals run homestays or teahouses to provide you with the best cultural immersion and warm hospitality in a classic approach.

Day 5: Trek from Ghandruk to Tadapani [2,630 m]

Today’s journey will be short yet remarkable as it takes you through verdant rhododendron groves, oaks, tumbling waterfalls, and picturesque settlements, allowing you to delve into the charm of the surreal scenery. Hiking for 3 to 4 hours takes you to Tadhapani, nestled amidst the forest of pines and rhododendrons, offering Himalayan views and Gurung culture. Day 6: Trek from Tadhapani to Ghorepani (2810 m)

Upon reaching the national park, once a popular hunting spot for the royal family, enjoy a welcome program with the Tharu cultural dance and folk music. Try various dishes while staying in a charming forest retreat, enjoying the serenity of the park’s atmosphere with warm temperatures.
